Solifin ASBL
Solifin is a Belgian network of actors in ethical and sustainable finance in Belgium.
The association’s mission is twofold: (1) to facilitate access for social entrepreneurs to the financing instruments available on the Belgian market and (2) to foster collaboration and mutualization of resources between its members in order to strengthen the positive impact finance sector in Belgium.
Job content
Elaboration and implementation of the web communication strategy (brand content, storytelling, inbound marketing)
Animation of social networks (role of community manager)
Creation of powerful content (written, visual, audiovisual)
Development and monitoring of paid web campaigns (increase community on social networks, increase engagement and visibility on the web)
Support for event organization
Profile
Master’s degree in communication or equivalent experience
Min. 3 years of professional experience
Required competencies:
Excellent ability to synthesize, structure and popularize information, as well as excellent writing and spelling skills
Mastery: different social media, campaigning and monitoring tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads…), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques
Good knowledge of Adobe creative software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) as well as office software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Experience in the use of audiovisual tools – photo, video
Know-how:
Autonomous, dynamic, positive, curious, organized, rigorous
Good team spirit, creativity and analysis (data analytics)
Professionalism and responsiveness
Knowledge of languages:
Dutch (mother tongue)
English and/or French
What we offer
Part-time contract (50%) for an indefinite period of time

Main site: rue du progrès 333 in 1030 Brussels (offices shared with Hefboom and Trividend)
