Happy Hours Market

Happy Hours Market reevaluates unsold food from supermarkets by making it available to households. From 7:30 pm, these foodstuffs are offered for sale at half price via a web platform. Consumers then have until 10 pm to pick up their order. Happy Hours Market supplies local charities with fresh unsold goods.

Their environmental impact: less food waste !
Their social impact: on average, 50% of the products collected by the company are sold at half price, and the other half is offered to charities.

Happy Hours Market participated to our first matchmaking session @Citizenfund on the 18th of September and recently raised 143 250 EUR in equity from 2 members of Solifin. In 2020, they will try to complement this amount with a loan of 100 000 EUR from Triodos Bank and/or Finance.Brussels and/or Credal.
