Mundo A

Mundo-a provides offices and services to social change organisations and promotes exchange
between its tenants. The impressive building is almost completely built out of wood and is designed
with as much care for the environment as possible, in terms of materials, circularity and energy.
Since its opening in December 2018, 60% of the offices have been rented out, proving the success of
the concept. There are 4 other Mundo-centres in Brussels and Namur, all 100% complete.
The project was co-funded by Crédal, BNP, Hefboom and Own shareholders for an amount of 5 million euros.
